Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options to accommodate your needs. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1-2 business days.

Returns

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or arrive defective. In such cases, we are here to assist you with our hassle-free return process.

If you receive a defective product, please email us at labelmehelp@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Please note that we do not accept returns on accessories or shoes. This includes items such as jewelry, hats, socks, scarves, novelty items, and belts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If the product is deemed defective, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

** Please note that we will NOT accept any returns that have not been approved. If you ship any items to us that have not yet been approved it will be discarded, and you will NOT receive a refund.
